Your local Labour party in the South Bank and Waterloo
If you live around here and you’re interested in Labour politics, then we are your local party and we’d love to meet you!
"The Labour Party is a democratic socialist party. It believes that by the strength of our common endeavour we achieve more than we achieve alone, so as to create for each of us the means to realise our true potential and for all of us a community in which power, wealth and opportunity are in the hands of the many, not the few. Where the rights we enjoy reflect the duties we owe. And where we live together, freely, in a spirit of solidarity, tolerance and respect." - Clause IV of the Labour Party constitution
Bishop's Ward Labour Party is part of the Vauxhall Constituency Labour Party. We meet on second Tuesday of the month to discuss local and national politics.

Ibrahim is a Waterloo resident and owner of a small business in our area. A father of two, he is the founder of Lambeth Life newspaper, a social enterprise that seeks to bolster local community ties while showcasing the best of Lambeth.
Jennie has lived in the South Bank / Waterloo community for most of her life and has raised her three children here. She works for a national charity for elderly people, and has played a key role in her community, including helping to set up the local charity Familylinks.
